Orthodontics is the branch of dentistry that corrects teeth that a crooked, misaligned. After a couple of X- rays, and studying each individual case, our in-house orthodontist will advise the best possible treatment plan and time frame within which we can achieve the necessary results. Orthodontics involves placing orthodontic brackets on the teeth and shifting the teeth into a favorable position with minimal forces applied with the help of wire’s and elastics. It is completely natural, and our experienced orthodontist will ensure we achieve the maximum results in minimum treatment time.
The orthodontic bracket / braces that we place on the teeth can be of various materials. They can be Metal braces where the brackets are made of metal that are more visible and catch the eye. We also offer ceramic braces where the brackets are the same color of the tooth and are not visible from afar as they are the same color as the tooth. However in terms of end result and treatment there is no difference between metal and ceramic bracket.
At beyond smiles we also offer lingual orthodontics, where we place the braces on the inside of the teeth rather than the outside. So the braces are not visible at all. The results are the same. Lingual orthodontics is good as your teeth shift naturally but the brackets are not visible at all.
